Can I request revisions?

Yes! Basic package includes 1 round of revisions, Standard package includes 2 rounds of revisions, and Advanced package includes 3 revisions within the project scope.

How long does it take to get started?

Once you choose a package, we'll have a brief onboarding call and deliver your first batch of content within 5-7 business days.

Do you provide content for all social media platforms?

Basic Package covers only Facebook. Standard package covers Facebook and Instagram. Advanced package includes platform-specific formatting for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

What if I need to cancel or pause?

All packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel with 15 days notice.

How does the payment process work?

We follow a milestone-based payment approach. Typically, 5-7 business days will be taken to complete half of the work and we will submit an invoice for it. After receiving the payment, we will complete the rest of the design works.

What file formats will I receive?

You'll receive all designs in platform-ready formats (JPG/PNG for posts, MP4 for videos/reels), optimized for each social media platform's requirements.

Do I own the content you create?

Absolutely! Once payment is complete, you have full ownership and rights to use all the content we create for your brand.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes! You can switch between packages at any time. Just let us know before the start of your next billing cycle.
